The dog is a different story. She'll end up costing about $5000 on her own (she's a Weimaraner so a fairly large breed) and due to some unforeseen problems at the back end of the process, her arrival has been delayed by months -- initially she was supposed to arrive on 9 May, but she's actually still in the US and if all goes well will be imported next Wednesday.
