As EU citizens you do not need to do anything until you get here.
You can work here and live here without any restirctions but if you intend to stay here permanently you will need to apply for a residents card, but there is no hurry for that.
If you have jobs to come to just come over and take your time getting to know how things work and once you have decided you definitely want to stay you can apply to the immigration department for residents cards.
