Around Easter, we noticed from our apartment window a new Ferris wheel and rotating ride, sort of in the southeast quadrant of the city, pretty far out there. It hadn't been there all winter. Does anyone know where it is, exactly, and why it's there? Is it just another one of those Paris-on-a-whim(sical) things that we find so delightful?

I was thinking it might disappear after Easter, like the Christmas wheel at Place de la Concorde, but so far it's still there.
