Found this site and it looks good a place to start.

We are looking to move to spain ( castellon area ) in 12 to 24 months, we be moving with another family and look to set a business between us, 2 business's actually. 1 a coffee / sweet shop and the other a property management company, as we have been approached allready by several apartment( holiday) owners, who are fed up being ripped off by a spanish company.

So might aswell start somewhere and this looks a good place.

so anyone with information on jobs ( will need while we start up ), long term rental of properties in the area and really what we need to start a new life out in spain.
