Thanks for the info, looks like the employeer route will be difficult but more rewarding. I have one daughter and a partner, the work i do is paying around between $80k and $120k, with my current research i am unsure this wage will give me a similar life standard to what i have now - 3 bed detached, 2 cars etc.

What is your research showing is a 'good' wage?
