I'd echo Bev's point about 'tricky' from my own experience - but the british consulate in Lyon provided me with a list of english-speaking accountants as a pdf when I asked.

However, the list was short and out of date - not their fault, they only collect the info that they are given, and its not their job to go out fishing, after all - but it's a start, so try your local consulate.
