CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE AVERAGE RENTAL OF A 1 BEDROOM APT. IN OR AROUND CHAPALA IS NOW? OF COURSE, A VIEW OF THE LAKE WOULD BE SUPER GREAT.
