Hi everyone,
I am starting a new thread regarding police clearance checks.I just want to know how strict the immigration is with minor crimes. I am just worried about my son who is 16 now but when he was 14 he got involved in a bad crowd and has a record on his police clearane checks will it be a problem? He has been good since then and has'nt got involved in anything so just wondering will we be refused visa for that. Any information will be apperciated.
