You say you have been working in and around Switzerland, but evidently you are resident (for tax purposes, at least) in France? When you say you are self employed, do you have a French company set up? Or are you working under some other statut (like one of the "liberal professions")?

Normally what you are looking for is an "expert comptable" - though it can be tricky to find one who speaks English.
