However 08 can be South Australia or Western Australia which are different time zones.
So if you have a number +61 (0)8 1234 1234 it's the (0)8 after the +61 that says which state it is.
02 - NSW or ACT
03 - Victoria & Tasmania
07 - Queensland
08 - South Australia, WA or NT
I think that covers them all
