hiya folks, new to this forum, so i suppose i had better let you know the score?
sick fed up of this country, and really fancy making a new start.
my family consists of me(39), my wife(32) and our daughter(5), now we think we would have after selling up here, approx £100k.
would this be enough to buy somewhere decent outright or would it be a case of looking for a mortgage, which brings me to my next point.
what are the employment opportunities like in cyprus?, considering i am a bus-driver and my wife is a visual merchandiser(window dresser).
also, what sort of fees are we likely to incur on a purchase?
both of us absolutely love the island, but have only really visited the east end
and would we best looking mid-way, ie, larnaka(best of both worlds).
basically what i am asking is with our budget, is this just a pipe dream?
