Any particular reason for making the move from Spain to France? I only ask because there are some similarities between the countries, and some ways in which they can be very different.

One big consideration is: do you have the language skills? Living in France is tough unless you speak French reasonably well. And if you are hoping to make a living playing guitar, you'll be expected to sign on with the "caisses" for national insurances that cover performers.

Do you have a particular area in mind?
