Thanks for getting back to me Karen. We found out last night after reading all the Business forms that we can send them to more than one agency so they are going off this week. We are doing our "reccie trip" in Nov, so we will do all our research then. But I am sure I will have tons more questions before that so speak to you soon. Jackie
