When you say your husbands business is electrical wholesale who are his customers? That may help with suggestions. If his customers are builders and developers that possibly points more to Brisbane, although there has been a lot of building going on in Melbourne too.
Does he know who his competitors will be out here? I'm asking that question since we've had a
Bunnings DIY store open locally and already the other DIY stores are suffering. One of them is almost a ghost shop now.
Knowing where your competitors are may also help you decide where you want to move to - sorry if I'm stating the obvious
