Welcome to the forum! Aren't you going to have licensing problems, or is that a one-way street? Nurses in countries trained under the British system take minimal obstetrics because they have a midwifery practice. I also though they needed more psychology. Doesn't it work both ways?

The structure is different, too isn't it, with 'sisters' and 'nurses'? What have you found out?
