I'm hoping to find myself a Restaurant Manager position there in UAE preferably Dubai. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone in the industry could point out what the 'offer/package' my future bosses would offer me. Whats a ruff guildline of what to expect and what I should ask for.... both in Hotels and also independant Restaurants...
