Have just been informed by our case worker that vetassess have missed us off their list of practical skills tests and the next one is not until July, which unfortunately is too late to lodge the application of the visa as my husband turns 45 at the beginning of july. My case worker has spoken to vetasses and they said there are three options available which are :
1) someone from vetassess flies over from oz to carry out practical assessment

2) They ask for special circumstances to be taken into consideration from the DIAC and lodge visa application with assesment outcome to follow

3) they are willing to fly my husband all expenses paid to either India or Sri Lanka to carry out the assesment there

I was just wondering if anybody has undertaken the practical skills assesment if so was it in April and what did the test consist of?
