Hi and welcome - unfortunately it's not easy to work over here - at least not automatically, but I have been sponsored 3 times already, so it's not impossible. You can check out the government's site on the topic: www(dot)workingintheuk(dot)gov(dot)uk which gives you the options. There is a Highly Skilled Migrant Programme that might be right for you - otherwise try the sponsorship option - only problem is most employers want to interview you in person, so you need to be over here for that.
