The link Giant Panda gave you is probably your best source. If Delaware is one of the states where you can just exchange your driving license (check with the US consulate toward the end of this year - the list has been changing lately), get an international license through Triple A that shows your motorcycle qualification. Otherwise you have to do two separate licenses - one for the car, and another for the bike.

If they require a controle technique, it isn't fatal, but check to see if there are any different (usually stricter) requirements than in the States. Motorcycles are popular here, and depending on how much they are going to charge you to bring it over, you may want to consider just getting a new bike here.
