Hi there, we're looking for advice from like-minded people! My husband (we're both in our late 20's / early 30's) has just been offered a new opportunity with his current company to work 1 hour north of Paris. We have no children - yet. I've heard that the French Health Service is very expensive for ex-pats....if we were to become pregnant and have a baby in France would this cost a lot of money?? Also, like most Brits we haven't spoken French since school, any top tips for integrating into the community and on where to live??
