We went to the Australia Expo in Leeds at the weekend and found it really helpful. My husband is a fully qualified (NVQ 2 and City & Guilds) plumber. He has 16mths experience as a plumber (self-employed) but no references as never employed by a company as a plumber.

We are looking to move to Oz as soon as possible. Appanrently we have enough points but I am worried we won't get in because of lack of his experience even though he is fully qualified.

Which Visa would be best going for? were told at the weekend that either a general skilled visa or maybe a sponsor visa?

Also looked at the application form and looks like hell to fill out so now looking for a migrant agent. Can anyone recommend anyone and know what their fees are? Seen one, they charge £185?

Want to get the ball started asap. So any help or advice would be really appreciated.
