hi, sorry for worrying you, i should,ve said.... if your child is in full-time education that means they are still dependant, i really think you should always start by consulting an agent, most are happy to give an initial consult for 10 mins or so for free, you can then decide if you want to employ an agent to 'manage' your visa application, i think most would agree that the tra skills assessment is the hardest bit, you can employ an agent just to do this bit and then do the main application yourselfs, if you feel confident enough. anyway good luck to you all and i hope whatever you decide it works out.
