You may well have already done this, but try googling for sample French resumes and CVs first to make sure you have the right format. French CVs are considerably more "modest" than a US resume - usually no more than job titles with perhaps a very brief description of the post. You may well get away with listing job titles in their original English form.

They don't really go in for "accomplishments" like the resume writers in the US always try to tell you about.
