Hi, I am very new to this so please forgive me if I am asking questions when they have possibly been answered elsewhere! My husband is coming out to work in December and the rest of the family will be joining him next year.
I realise that once he is there, he will be able to find out the answers to most of our questions anyway, BUT, I really would appreciate it, if anyone knows anything about this issue,if they could tell me a little of what they know!
My eldest son who is 22, and still at home, would like to come and live with us there, is there likely to be a problem with him getting a residency visa, as he is going to be coming out with no employment? I`m not entirely sure if finding work is going to be easy either, as he is not highly qualified? My husband`s employers are sorting everything out for us and know how many children we have etc, but I am really worried that my sons age is going to be an issue. Thanks for reading this and any info would be invaluable!
