Thankyou so much everyone for all your replies. I have been signed off by doctor till Monday (stress) so that's bought me some time and I've contacted a lawyer who I'm waiting to hear back from. My other option (feeling more positive today) is to find another job although I loathe the idea of letting a bully 'win'. At least I feel I have options today - thanks to all of you :-)
