THE HOUSE
Our house is a solid stone build and benefits from four floors (approx 250sq mtrs). A large, dry cellar that used to be a donkey stable, lots of room for storage or a wine cellar? Ideal for a large family or possibly making one floor in to a separate apartment.

The ground floor has a large cloakroom with steps leading to the kitchen. One step up leads into a large L shape room which serves as a winter living room, with working chimney, and can change its use into a summer bedroom or guest room.

The second floor accommodation has two huge bedrooms (one bedroom is ensuite with large wet shower), another,separate, bathroom, all running off a central staircase.

The third floor accommodation offers a huge space with beamed high ceiling, currently used as summer living room (could easily be another 2 beds with en-suite) and leads on to a large terrace with outhouse and summer kitchen. The terrace has fantastic views of the countryside.

We have done all the hard work for you and UK TV, WATER, ELECTRIC, PHONE AND BROADBAND INTERNET ARE ALL CONNECTED.
