I have a final offer of 220,000 AED (£30k) as a recruitment role. With a £2,500 relocation costs, 40 days hols, healthcare etc. Flat rate bonus scheme as well on top. I am waiting for all this in writing.

My concerns are that I haven't been offered any accomadation costs or car allowance.

Having read many threads on here most offers do come with some sort of accomadation & car allowance.

Having now researched the living costs I would be looking at between £6- 8k per anumn for a standard place and up to £12-14k for a luxury one!

Having number crunched this I would not be a great deal better off then my current role in the UK!

What are peoples thoughts as it appears I would be on the bread line on my current offer?
