a friend got her state sponsorship a month back, and has a CO already. SO yes, it doesnt take long. Once you convert from 175 to 176, i dont think you should wait long, get your PCC done and the meds too and send the docs to them. But remember, the PCC and meds are vaild for one year form the date u get it done, which means your initial entry date dpenends on that, so if u do get a CO in a month and the case is final a couple of months post that, u get approx 9 months for your initial entry.
