This was a reply delivered to my migration agent after they had contacted ACT regarding my prospects of gaining a sponsorship. Basically, ACT advised that they would accept / consider an application from me. The detail provided by anj was first class. The very best of luck with your application, please keep me posted, and if I can help at all just shout.
