Yes you do! Lot's of them! I live in Box Hill in Melbourne. Box Hill is predominantly a chinese area. However, there are 3 Indian stores within a 2 minute walk of my house! And you get everything.

So, be reassured, I am also a vegetarian and you will not have any problems!
