Default NZ competencies

Hi,

I am also pulling together the enormous batch of paperwork and wondering what really counts as evidence. I think a lot of reflection, feedback forms are wanted. They also replied to me in an e-mail that signed statements would also count but no e-mails etc.

Its hard to prove evidence based work, easy to show attending training, and evidence based teaching/presenting and service development etc but day to day practice is much harder.

My biggest problem seems to be that I am 9 years qualified. How about you? the wording inplaces seems to indicate evidence needs to be shown for the period 'during' the 10 years but in other places it suggests at some time in those 10 years, or am I just wishful thinking!

If you are still undergoing this process, maybe we can bounce some ideas off eachother. Where are you now living? and is that causing a problem for you?

All the best
Rose

I would be really grateful for any advice on what type of evidence you are using??? Reflections? Essays?
Help!!!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
