Anybody applied/got sponsorship from Riverina Region??

Hi all... Am an MODL (Accountant) applicant (applied on Feb 26, 2008) and got overall IELTS Score of 7 (7 band in R,W,L and 6.5 in Sp) Unfortunately I got only 6.5 in Speaking, hence will not come under CSL. Now am confused.... Due to present priority processing I don't think I will get a CO in the next 12 months or so... Whether try for IELTS again or apply for Regional Sponsorship... My "expression of interest for apply" was approved by the Region and they have instructed me to send the original application.... As any one know.... Regional Sponsorship is only 3 yr provisional Visa... and we have to limit ourself in the Region etc etc.... Please give your valuable suggestions.....
