I will be graduating civil engineering in 2 months or so from a canadian university

Is it possible to begin my career (still being a junior engineer) in a place like Dubai ??

I have SOME experience working in the field (mostly surveying, autocad work, really technician kind of work) for a municipal city engineering department over 2 summers

Should I be looking at big engineering firms for some kind of training/job program? do these exist?
