First of all thanks amaslam and Dolly for your Kind replies.
I guess we could get the letter from the doctor for this medical condition and if lucky we can get a letter from FBI, if they are kind enough. I guess these two letters, together with the 2 rejected finger print cards from the FBI and a letter FBI had already send us stating that there are "low characters" in my wifes finger print, together with an affidavit/statutory declaration from my wife that she was never convicted, do you think would hold good enough for DIAC to give her a pass ? I mean not able to get finger print due to physical limitation would they shut the doors on us may be push our case for longer processing ? We are April 2009 applicants so I guess it would take some more months before a CO is assigned. So I was wondering if I send PLE to DIAC explaining this situation would they advise me at least what to do ? I mean I do not want to bother them as they would be bussy with cases and just want to know if they would at least entertain qiestions like this.
Thanks in advance...

I'm sorry I can't give better advice on this but it must surely be a first on our forum.
