I really can't imagine deciding to move somewhere without a few visits first. OK, if you are just going to rent. But so many people seem to sell everything, buy into a place, and really not have any idea what they are getting into. I guess if you are from someplace cold and wet with very little sunshine, you figure the weather will make up for everything.
