Miss the army community i.e mess life, friends who are on the same wavelength.
ADF house all services together,Army,Navy,Air Force. From what I have seen so far they do not seem to mix well with each other.
Most housing seems to be miles from units so accessing services for help with various services for wives can be an issue. So for most people you do need 2 cars.
I live over an hour away from the nearest main camp where they run courses on ,how to get into the workplace,C Vs,living with snakes and beasties etc.
I am not trying to put you off but be prepared it is not so easy being a wife.
You are left on your own you have to physically hunt down any help you need.
Hope this helps.
