I am an American guy who bought a place in Abruzzo, Ofena to be exact. I am loving Italy, presently in America with my house going through a restoration in Italy. Although not classically trained, I know my way around a kitchen. I am curious as my employment in America is coming to and of it's cycle and I am looking for a new adventure.
