The main thing is you have got an NOC.

The NOC is probably in arabic and unless you read arabic, get someone to check it for you as they are only valid for a limited period of time.

The new company PRO should be able to take the NOC to the MOL and start the process for you to obtain a new approval from them.

They may be able to get a new labour visa for you, but the PRO needs to pull his finger out and get busy on it
