alright, im not really sure where to post this, but i seriously need advice, i want to get out of the US, as soon as i possibly can, i should have the money within a couple years judging by the expenses i have seen in my research, but i still have no idea where to go. i have been considering France, but as with everyother place i ahve researched, i am having trouble coming up with practical info on how to relocate.

i am looking for a less corrupt government, healthcare (prefferably free), and education (also prefferably free), and sun (not as important), my main concern is getting out of here! i am sure there are considerations i have not even thought of yet, does anyone have any suggestions or info?
