Thank you all for your input!!! It is most helpful to hear various points of view and facts from people "who have done it" as we are seriously considering moving to Cyprus. Having read and digested your comments, I think we can cope with the heat, we are living in France at the moment, so we do get quite a bit of sun and have learnt to be careful and enjoy it in small doses. The housing market comments confirm what we suspected so there again, no surprises. We have now booked our first stay for next week, this is our "recky"visit. Coffee anyone?
