Thank you for your replies. The positive sides do seem to outweigh the negatives, but I still don't get the whole picture. Any more comments? Also what is the resale value of properties? Is the trend up or down? What about the weather? Is it bearable or does it get too much? On the whole, what are the reasons for moving to Cyprus? What about the tax situation?
