Hi Chris,

I'll be up in CM from next week on, but will be very busy for a few weeks. I can't be 40 years your senior as I'm not 40 yet (getting there though!). I have two little princesses (8 and 10). I'm up for a coffee and yum-yums one day if you fancy a chat. What ages are your nippers?
