I lived for around 3.5 years in New York under two different work Visa (H1B and I forget the first). I met my finance there and she moved back with me to the UK, we've been living together here for around 4 years.

We're getting married (in the US) next year.

I'm increasingly looking at the option of moving back to the states after this. I'm just starting to investigate how easy or hard this will be. I always thought it wouldn't be that hard but less sure now.
If anyone has any advise where to start or good places to get more info, I'd really appreciate it

Also having read a few posts I guess best bet for the wedding itself is to come on the Visa Waiver and that shouldn't be a problem as we'll be returning to the UK after the wedding and not staying immediately.

Edit: Also I have a SSN and a bank account (though it's dormant) from living in the US the first time.
