We have made a decision to move to Oz. (Family of 6 from Ireland)

I work as a Sales Manager in the timber industry. Quite specialised in its own way with industry specific qualifications but not on the skills list. I have lots of experiance in Sales (Building trade )and business (I owned a restaurant for 3 years)

My wife was a qualified hairdresser but gave up to look after kids. (Quit 10 years ago) (Currently a childminder at home but not registered)


My plea for help is as follows.

How can I get a visa?

Should I contact Australian examples/versions of my current employment for advice on gaining a job and how does the whole sponsership scheme work and are Aussie employers willing to do it or would it be too much "bother" to them
