We've been in South Australia 6 months now and we haven't done any bug bombs. We have sprayed round the windows and doors with some stuff to keep anything out, but the way a few of the doors fit things could still get in if they wanted too.
We've had to put out a few spiders and a beetle but that's about it.
When the screens were fitted over the windows they weren't fitted corrected on all the windows and there are gaps of about 1 - 2 inches on some of the windows when the windows are actually open.
Of course we don't have as many nasties down here as they have up North - or so I've been told :-)
