I've not been there during the day so I'm not sure anything is open but there are LOTS of tables and chairs and it's outside so those wishing to smoke can do so. I suspect most restaurants in Thailand allow smoking - I'm hoping for one that doesn't! [former smoker - 30 years! ]

S2, did you find out if it is open in the mornings? I am hoping to be back in Thailand and CM by early June, would be nice to have a little meet up and a natter over coffee and kow tom gung (sai kai duay ).
