Hi lao, I am also a nurse in the community. I have found it so difficult looking a jobs in Oz as they seem to be graded differently. I am a band 7 over here but don't know what the bands and grading is like in Oz. We have booked tickets for the expo in Edinburgh in Feb as I feel this is the only way we can move forward. Hopefully they will have all the advice I need. So maybe it would be worth doing that.
