That would depend on whether you are private or public. Most privates do a percentage or a percentage and a retainer so, it would depend on how much you worked! I do not know about the hospitals which again are split into public and private. There are a lot of good rehab/ortho hospitals in the Auckland are so, you might want to check their websites or contact a recruitment consultant and ask them. There are a quite a few that cater to OT's.
