Thanks for posting that information. If I read it correctly, the DemocratsAbroad primary is an innovation of the Democratic Party this year and is separate from your voter registration in a specific state. (Registering in a state is necessary in the US, due to the Electoral College system of determining the president - just for anyone lurking from elsewhere.)

One question - it sounds as though the DemocratsAbroad primary is a "winner take all". Or will the delegates be apportioned according to the voting results?
