Hi Brian if you are thinking of Cyprus no problem with language most speak English.You need to get there and look around and if you like it there a lot of choice rental. I think the best way is to go over winter now till march get a holiday let for a month.That way all bills are in and you are not tied if its not the best area for you, you get good deals on flights and h0liday rental in winter and you are there to go and look at lets.
